                            Zagreb, October 31, 2025 – CARWIZ International, owner of the CARWIZ rent a car brand, has officially established a Board of Directors, a strategic management body that will unite the experience, knowledge, and competencies of key company members with the goal of strengthening the brand’s global position and ensuring sustainable growth.
 
 Krešimir Dobrilović, Founder and CEO, will continue to lead CARWIZ International, while the newly formed Board of Directors will assume a key role in directing international business operations, market development, and strategic decision-making.
In line with the practices of leading global companies, the establishment of the Board of Directors represents an important step in the professionalization and internationalization of operations. This structure enables faster decision-making, clearer distribution of responsibilities, and a stronger focus on innovation and long-term goals, particularly in the mobility and travel industry, which is undergoing intensive transformation.

With the establishment and operation of the Board of Directors, CARWIZ International enters a new phase of organizational development that will further integrate key functions: franchise system and international market development, human resources, digital transformation and innovation in customer experience, strengthening relationships with partners and investors, finance, and sustainable development and social responsibility as core brand values.
 The new management body, consisting of Director of Strategic Partnerships Thomas Zieher, Director of Operations Vladimir Ćućuz, HR Director Tina Radan, Business Development Director Tomislava Ravlić, and Finance Director Gordana Subotić Maljković, will bring an additional strategic dimension to business operations. Modeled after global practices of leading rent-a-car and mobility companies, the Board of Directors will play a key role in defining the company’s vision and making decisions that ensure long-term success and stability.

Thomas Zieher has a rich and successful international business career, with significant professional authority gained over 30 years in the car rental and mobility industry. In the hierarchy of responsibilities of the companies he has worked for, he has taken on increasingly demanding tasks and roles in global sales and international business development. After spending three years in the film industry, he joined the development of one of the fastest-growing international car rental brands in the world – CARWIZ.
With over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, mobility industry, and car rental in the EMEA and APAC regions, Vladimir Ćućuz is provenly experienced in strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence, with expertise covering franchise expansion, revenue management, and multi-market operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led regional and international teams, launched and scaled new brands, and promoted profitability in both established and startup environments.
Known for her proactive approach, focus on growth and innovation, and ability to connect domestic and global business trends and brands, Tomislava Ravlić brings to CARWIZ a combination of professional knowledge and practical experience in international brand expansion. With proven abilities in organizing and executing demanding conferences, business projects, and international initiatives, she identifies opportunities, builds relationships, and structures business models that support sustainable and long-term growth.
At CARWIZ, Tina Radan brings expertise and 15 years of experience in working with people. Through her work and strategic HR initiatives, she fosters awareness, inner peace, and constructive communication, aiming to achieve balance and a highly effective approach to all business and related life situations. With strong organizational and motivational abilities, her deeper understanding of human behavior and emotions comes from education in psychoanalysis, mediation, and mindfulness.
Gordana Subotić Maljković’s professional path is linked to tourism. After 15 years spent in accounting at one of the largest travel agencies in Croatia, she joined the CARWIZ team at its very beginning. Previously acquired knowledge in tourism, along with proficiency in Italian and English, specialized knowledge of finance, and experience in the international market, is complemented by establishing in-house accounting, meaning the full role of accounting and finance.
