CARWIZ International has introduced a new Quality, Training and Business Development Department, led by Tomislava Ravlić, Director of Business Development, while Ivana Koc, Quality, Training and Business Development Specialist, will be responsible for the Department’s training activities.
The Department was created with a practical goal in mind, to help partners grow and expand with stronger day to day support from headquarters, not only when challenges arise, but long before they do. Its role is focused on the areas that have the greatest impact on how a market functions in real life. This includes improving the quality of work, helping teams in franchise markets strengthen communication with clients, organizing education and training both online and in person, and using quieter periods outside peak demand to properly prepare teams for the upcoming season. In other words, this Department is not here to operate from a distance. It is here to work closely with the markets, understand where improvement is needed, and help turn standards into everyday practice.

As Tomislava Ravlić explains: “Our goal is not only to point out what should be better, but to work with franchise partners in a way that helps them improve in practice. Real progress comes from preparation, clarity, and consistent support.” The same approach applies to people, not only to processes. A strong market needs strong teams behind it, which is why the Department will also support and help partners identify the right people for the right roles. “We want our franchise partners to feel that we are not only setting expectations, but actively helping them achieve them,” Ravlić adds. “When teams are better prepared, better trained, and better supported, the results are stronger for everyone.”
Ivana Koc, who has extensive operational experience in the industry and will be the specialist delivering training to partners in the field, emphasizes that the new Business Development Department provides the CARWIZ network with a stronger and more practical form of headquarters support, with a clear purpose: helping partners work better, prepare earlier, and grow on stronger foundations.
