- Minimum age required to rent a car is 21, however there is Young driver fee in the amount of 10.00USD per day for all drivers under the age of 25. Also, Old driver fee will be charged to all drivers older than 80.

Deliveries and returns of vehicles after 19:00 hrs and before 8:00 am have an additional charge and must be previously coordinated with our staff.
We offer delivery service at the Santiago airport for your convenience at an additional cost, we do NOT have offices inside the airport so our duly identified staff will be waiting for you at the departure of your flight.
Please note that the service at airports for reservations with delivery or return at airports has the following hours of operation 7:00 am to 23:00 hrs.
- BUSINESS HOURS
- Reservation MUST be cancelled through the original source minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to avoid and cancellation and / penalty. Should reservation fail to be cancelled within 24 hours, credit card will be charged $50USD.
- CANCELLATION
- CDW GENERAL COVERAGE INSURANCE: PARTIAL COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO COLLISION OR THEFT:
This insurance releases the renter from liability for damages caused to the rented vehicle. This coverage is activated upon payment of the corresponding deductible.
*Does NOT apply coverage for drunk driving, drugs, psychotropic substances, speeding, etc.

- DELIVERY COLLECTION
- The renter must use the above-listed form of payment for the deposit amount. The deposit amount will not be available for use by Renter and/or refunded to Renter until after the vehicle has been returned from 2 to 20 business days.
If the Renter incurs additional amounts owed under the Contract, those additional amounts may be deducted from Renter’s deposit amount, if applicable. If those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if applicable, they will be charged to the form of payment provided by the Renter at the time of rental unless the Renter provides a different above listed form of payment to be charged.
- DEPOSIT RULES
- Baby seat, Booster seats 5.25USD are available upon request and will depend on availability. Request at the rental counter.
- EQUIPMENT
- The rented vehicles cannot be driven outside Chilean territory, in case of requiring to leave the country a permit and international insurance must be requested 72 hours in advance, only available for Argentina.
- GEOGRAPHIC

SLI: ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE X CIVIL LIABILITY (OPTIONAL):
Increases the coverage for civil liability for damages to third parties with a cap of UF 800 for each and every event.
PAI: PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (OPTIONAL):
Coverage for occupants named in the contract of the rented vehicle: Accidental death, or permanent and/or partial disability up to U.F. 300 per seat, and reimbursement of medical expenses not covered by your health insurance.
- INSURANCE
- Money orders and prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of payment at the time of rental, including for the deposit amount, but may be used to pay any amounts due at the end of the rental after the vehicle has been returned.?
All amounts owed by Renter under the Contract will be submitted (a) as an authorization to be held against and ultimately charged to Renter’s credit.
All quoted rates are in US Dollars and Payments will be taken in the local currency and converted at the day of hire rate. Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. Overtime charges occur when the renter returns the vehicle past the return date or time specified on the rental agreement. In other words, the car must be returned no later than the same time it was rented, in order to avoid any overtime charges. We do provide a one hour grace period. Makes and models are examples only and are not guaranteed. There are no refunds for early returns. If you booked a Pay Now Special rate you will be charged in US dollars a non refundable deposit equivalant to the amount of the rental charges for the reserved period. Additional charges will be collected in local currency at the time of payment.
- OTHER
- The passenger has 59 minutes from the agreed time of return to return the vehicle at no additional cost, after that time will be charged per additional hour of delay which may not exceed 5 hours. After that time an additional charge of one additional day will be made.
- OVERSTAY
- Accepted methods of payment are: Credit card, Debit card, Cash, Electronic transfer (local customers)
- PAYMENT
- The daily TAG service is mandatory, if not selected this charge will be made at the time of delivery of the vehicle. The TAG or FreeFlow charge for transit on urban and interurban highways in the country. You are responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges, speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines.
